Chief Strategy & Customer Officer
As the Founder of ShiftRx, Lisa Riding's title is Chief Strategy and Customer Officer acting to promote pharmacy transformation. She serves as the Chairman of the Board and leads strategic accounts; enterprise solution; and client strategy for ShiftRx.
Ms. Riding actively consulting and providing business advisory and pharmacy transformation development services to a wide range of clients within the healthcare and pharmacy sector.
She has held executive positions in Health Care Financials and Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Life Science, and Technology businesses. Within these senior leadership positions her roles and responsibilities included strategy, business development, human resources development, and transformational growth. Ms. Riding has had the privilege of working in both the private and public organizations to drive performance improvement for acute care hospitals/health systems, safety-net and academic medical centers, physician networks, and multiple classes of trade within the pharmacy and payer community.
Ms. Riding served as President/Chief Executive Officer Veridikal Healthcare Solutions/Veridikal Technologies [sold BHMS Investments], Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer ESI; Principal and Western Zone President of MedAssets, Inc; Principal OSI Systems Inc., [purchased by MedAssets]; Chief Operating Officer Managing Partners [Merged with OSI Systems Inc]; Chief Operating Officer Advanced Healthcare Solutions [Company sold to WebMD/Envoy]; Fraud and Abuse Specialist Office of the Inspector General (OIG); Executive Director HMI; Director of Education AAPC; Senior Medical Consultant Medicode, and First Chair Surgical Nurse at the University of Utah Medical Center.
Ms. Riding is actively involved in multiple committees and board positions with the Meals on Wheels Association, Women Executive Leadership National Council, National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), actively involved in 340b Coalition, National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), Health Management Association (HFMA), and the acting President of Pharmacy Reimbursement Management Council.
